The belt of a separator post is probably the only piece of urban furniture your audience looks at directly from 30 cm away while waiting. It is 30 cm × 3 metres of continuous advertising surface, right at eye level, with a captive customer for the duration of the queue. Few brands take advantage of that space. We have been helping them do it well since 1997.
Dlimit prints belts by direct thermal sublimation on white polyester. Sublimation transfers the ink into the fibre, not on top: the result is a belt that does not flake, does not fade with UV or intensive cleaning, and keeps Pantone fidelity over 5 years. Photographic full-colour CMYK, double-sided with different designs if you want, no surcharges. Minimum order: 50 belts per design. Lead time: 10–15 days from artwork approval.

What clients ask before buying
What is the minimum order for custom belt?
50 belts per design. It is not per order but per design: if you need 30 belts with one logo and 30 with another, that is 60 belts total and meets both minimums.
How much does customisation cost?
It is included in the post price. We don't charge a surcharge for customising: the catalogue price is the final one with your logo. Minimum 50 belts per design.
Which file do I need to send for the logo?
Vector preferably (AI, EPS, PDF). If you only have raster, minimum 300 dpi at the final printing size. Our studio can re-vectorise simple logos at no cost.
What is the lead time once I approve the artwork?
10–15 working days. The lead time is counted from your digital approval of the proof, not from the order. Approval + production + shipping.
How long does the print last?
Over 5 years of intensive continuous use, with no significant fading. Sublimation is resistant to UV and standard cleaning products (no chemical abrasives).
Can I change the design on subsequent orders?
Yes, no change fee. Each new order is treated as independent. If you reproduce a previous design exactly, we recover it from our archive and accelerate production.
