Dlimit™ is the only European manufacturer to include customised belts in the base price of all its models. It is neither an additional service nor a separate project: every post that leaves our premises features the belt designed by the client, printed using CMYK sublimation with fidelity to the specified Pantone colour.
The 50 mm wide belt is the most effective communication medium in a public space: it is at eye level, defines the visitor’s physical route and is impossible to ignore. In an airport, a hotel, a museum or a shopping centre, the belt featuring your logo generates thousands of visual impressions daily at a cost that pays for itself within the first few weeks of installation.
The process is straightforward: you send the logo in vector format, we approve the colour proof and we produce it. Usual lead time: 10 working days from approval. No minimum order for standard finishes. No design intermediaries or external production. Everything under one roof.
Full sublimation, end-to-end
Sublimation printing ensures that the design is integrated into the polyester fibre, not simply printed on top of it. The result is a belt that is resistant to wear, sunlight and washing, with no loss of colour.
We can reproduce your corporate logo, a solid colour pattern, a safety message or a combination of all three. The design is repeated along the full length of the belt with complete colour fidelity.
Process: you send us your logo or artwork in vector format (AI, EPS or PDF), we prepare the colour proof and within 10 working days the belts will be in your warehouse.

What is the minimum order for customised belts?
There is no minimum order: we produce customised belts with CMYK sublimation from a single unit.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
AI, PDF, EPS and SVG vector files are ideal. We also accept PNG files at a minimum of 300 dpi. If you provide us with a JPEG or a screenshot, we will vectorise it for you (usually at no extra cost).
How long does a well-maintained customised belt last?
A minimum of 5 years with intensive use (airport, retail), 10 years with average use (hotel, office). CMYK sublimation does not peel or fade with normal use or when washed at 30°C.
Can I order a belt in an exact corporate Pantone colour?
Yes. Pantone colour accuracy is validated with a physical sample before production. Please allow an additional 3–5 days for validation.
What is the width of the belt?
50 mm standard. For specific applications (sign holders with typographic ladder, high-visibility belts) we produce 75 mm on request.
Can I order a replacement belt without changing the post?
Yes. The cassette and the belt are replaceable parts. Changing the belt on a Dlimit post takes 30 seconds without tools.
