Dlimit™ is the only European manufacturer to include a custom printed belt in the base price of every model. It is neither an optional extra nor a separate project: every post leaving our facility is supplied with the belt designed by the customer, printed using CMYK dye sublimation to accurately reproduce the specified Pantone colour.
At 50 mm wide, the belt is one of the most effective communication surfaces in a public space. Positioned at eye level and directly defining the visitor’s route, it is difficult to overlook. In an airport, hotel, museum or shopping centre, a belt carrying your logo can generate thousands of brand impressions every day, at a cost that is typically recovered within the first few weeks of installation.
The process is straightforward: send us your logo in vector format, we validate the colour proof and move into production. Standard lead time: 10 business days from approval. No minimum order for standard finishes. No design intermediaries and no outsourced production — everything is handled at the same factory.
Full dye sublimation, edge to edge
Dye-sublimation printing embeds the design into the polyester fibres rather than applying it as a surface layer. The result is a belt that withstands wear, sunlight and washing without losing colour.
We can reproduce your corporate logo, a solid colour pattern, a safety message, or any combination of these. The design repeats along the full 2-metre belt with consistent colour accuracy.
Process: send us your logo or vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF), we prepare the colour proof, and within 10 business days your belts are ready for delivery to your warehouse.

What customers ask us about belts
What is the minimum order for custom printed belts?
There is no minimum order: we produce custom printed belts using CMYK dye sublimation from a single unit.
Which artwork file formats do you accept?
Vector files in AI, PDF, EPS and SVG are ideal. We also accept PNG files at a minimum of 300 dpi. If you only have a JPEG or screenshot, we can vectorise it for you, usually at no additional cost.
How long does a properly maintained custom belt last?
At least 5 years under heavy-duty use (airports, retail) and 10 years under moderate use (hotels, offices). CMYK dye sublimation does not peel or visibly fade under normal use or when washed at 30 °C.
Can I order the belt in our exact corporate Pantone colour?
Yes. Pantone accuracy is validated with a physical sample before production. Allow an additional 3–5 days for approval.
What width is the belt?
50 mm as standard. For specific applications, such as sign-holder systems with additional typography or high-visibility belts, we can produce 75 mm belts to order.
Can I order a replacement belt without changing the post?
Yes. The top cap and belt are replaceable parts. Replacing the belt on a Dlimit post takes around 30 seconds and requires no tools.
