Belts with logo
Dlimit™ is the only European manufacturer to include a custom printed belt in the base price of every model. It is not an optional extra: every post is supplied with the belt designed by the customer, printed using CMYK dye sublimation to accurately reproduce the specified Pantone colour.
At 50 mm wide, the belt is one of the most effective communication surfaces in a public space. Positioned at eye level and directly defining the visitor’s route, it is difficult to overlook. In airports, hotels and museums, it can generate thousands of brand impressions every day.
The process is straightforward: send us your logo in vector format (AI, EPS or PDF), we validate the colour proof and move into production. Standard lead time: 10 business days. No minimum quantity for customisation.

Colours and finishes
Match the post precisely to your brand colour. Digital printing on the tube is available from a single unit, while RAL powder coating is available for larger projects. Any Pantone or RAL reference can be produced, with no minimum order for digitally finished posts.
Standard finishes held in stock: brushed stainless steel, matte black, white, gold and bronze. The full RAL range is available to order. Silver and gold anodised finishes are available for architectural projects.

Custom top cap
When someone is waiting in a queue behind a retractable belt barrier, their eyes naturally fall on the top cap. It is the only flat surface on the post at eye level and remains visible for the entire time they are in the queue — typically between 3 and 15 minutes of continuous brand exposure.
Made from high-strength rigid PVC. High-resolution printing with a matte or gloss finish. Resistant to wear and UV light. Compatible with every model in the range.
No minimum order per design. Send us a vector logo or a 300 dpi image and we will prepare a proof before production.

What customers ask us about customisation
What can I customise on a Dlimit post?
Everything visible: the post colour (full RAL range), the belt (CMYK with your logo), the top cap (with brand artwork or symbol), sign holders, bases and accessories. Only the internal mechanism is standard across the range.
What is the minimum quantity for a customised order?
There is no minimum order. We can customise the belt, RAL finish and top cap from a single unit.
How long does a fully customised order take?
10–15 business days from approval of the final artwork and colour. For urgent projects, we can shorten the lead time with an express surcharge.
Do you provide graphic design, or do I need to supply the artwork?
We normally work from your artwork. If you do not have production-ready artwork, our team can adapt an existing logo to the belt format at no charge, or refer you to one of our partner studios for a design created from scratch.
Can the belt be changed when our branding changes?
Yes. The belt is replaceable. When your visual identity changes, you only need to replace the belt rather than dispose of the posts.
Can I order several different belt designs?
Yes. Each design is treated as a separate production run, with no minimum quantity per design. Many hotels, for example, order one corporate belt for everyday use and another event-branded belt for function rooms.
