Logo belts
Dlimit™ is the only European manufacturer to include customised belts in the base price of all its models. It is not an additional service: each post features the belt designed by the customer, printed using CMYK sublimation with colour accuracy to the specified Pantone shade.
The 50 mm belt is the most effective communication medium in a public space: it is at eye level, defines the visitor’s physical route and is impossible to ignore. In an airport, a hotel or a museum, it generates thousands of visual impressions every day.
Process: you send the logo in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF), we approve the colour proof and produce the order. Usual lead time: 10 working days. No minimum order quantity.
The online configurator allows you to view the colour, logo and layout in real time. No commitment until the result meets your brand standards.
Colours and finishes
The post in your exact brand colour. Digital printing on tubing from a single unit, or RAL lacquer for large projects. Any Pantone or RAL reference, with no minimum order for digital finishes.
Finishes available from stock: satin stainless steel, matt black, white, gold, bronze. RAL lacquer available to order across the entire colour chart. Silver and gold anodised finishes for architectural projects.

Customised top cover
When a pedestrian queues in front of a belt stanchion, their gaze naturally falls on the top cap. It is the only flat surface on the belt stanchion at eye level, visible for the entire time the user is in the queue — between 3 and 15 minutes of continuous exposure to your brand.
Made from high-strength rigid PVC. High-resolution printing with a matt or gloss finish. Wear-resistant and UV-resistant. Compatible with all models in the range.
No minimum order per design. Send us your vector logo or image at 300 dpi, and we’ll prepare a proof before production.

What people ask us about customisation
What can I customise on a Dlimit post?
Everything visible: post colour (full RAL range), belt (CMYK with your logo), top cap (with brand image or symbol), sign holders, bases and accessories. Only the internal mechanism is standard across all models.
What is the minimum order quantity for a customised order?
There is no minimum order. We customise belts, RAL-lacquered posts and top caps from a single unit.
How long does a 100% customised order take?
10–15 working days from approval of the artwork and final colour. For urgent orders, we can reduce the lead time for an express surcharge.
Do you provide graphic design, or do I need to supply it myself?
We work with your artwork. If you don’t have any, our team can adapt an existing logo to the belt format (at no extra cost) or refer you to partner design studios for a design created from scratch.
Can the belt be changed when we update our branding?
Yes. The belt is the replaceable part. You change your visual identity and simply replace the belt, without discarding the posts.
Can I order several different belt designs?
Yes. Each design counts as a separate production run, with no minimum per design. Many hotels order a corporate belt for everyday use and another with event branding for function rooms.
