Can the belts be disinfected with hospital-grade products?
Yes. They can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, diluted bleach and standard hospital disinfectants without losing colour or print.
Do you produce belts with technical messages such as ‘Triage’ or ‘Restricted’?
Yes. We can print any message or pictogram. Standard production time is 5–10 days; urgent orders take 48–72 hours.
Do the bases have joints where dirt can accumulate?
No. The ECO and LIMIT bases are made from a single injection-moulded or machined piece. There are no edges or joints to complicate cleaning.
Do they comply with hospital accessibility regulations?
Yes. Wide base detectable by a white cane, with a belt at 90 cm. We can provide a DDA certificate on request.
Do you offer finishes in hospital white or light grey?
Yes. RAL lacquer across the full range, including RAL 9016 (traffic white) and RAL 7035 (light grey), which are commonly used in healthcare settings.
Can we order replacement belts without changing the post?
Yes. The head and belt are replaceable. Changing the entire belt on a post takes 30 seconds without tools.
