Which type of separator post do I need?
It depends on the environment and footfall. For high traffic (airports, large retail) we recommend the Dlimit or Dterminal families with 8 kg base. For receptions and offices, Dbasic or Dstandard. For museums and image-driven environments, Dline with rope. Tell us your case and we'll send a tailored proposal within 24 h.
What is the lead time?
3 to 5 working days for standard orders. 10–15 days for custom CMYK belts or specific RAL coating. We manufacture in Mataró and ship to over 30 European countries.
What does CMYK belt customisation include?
From a single piece: your logo, corporate Pantone colours, full-colour photographic graphics by sublimation, double-sided. Minimum 50 belts per design. We approve artwork before printing.
Are the posts modular and serviceable?
Yes, all families are modular. Heads, belts, bases and reels are independent parts. We supply spares for installations over 10 years old.
Do you offer a downloadable catalogue?
Yes. General PDF catalogue (32 pages) downloadable from our website. We also send sectorial catalogues on request: airports, hotels, museums, retail, events.
What warranty do you offer?
2-year warranty on the head and mechanism. Custom belt printing is covered for normal use without chemical abrasion.
