More than 25 years manufacturing in Europe

Dlimit Tactic S.L. is a leading Spanish manufacturer of retractable belt barriers. From our facility in Mataró, we manufacture and distribute to customers in more than 30 European countries.

What began as a niche product for the airport sector has become a benchmark crowd-flow control solution for sectors as varied as hospitality, banking, museums and data centres.

In-house design, in-house manufacturing, complete quality control. We are not an intermediary: every post bearing the Dlimit™ name leaves our factory in Mataró.

The entire production process takes place at our Mataró facility. Quality control at every stage, from the steel to the final finish.

The retraction spring and braking system are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. Corrosion-resistant, fatigue-resistant and quiet. Tested for more than 200,000 extension and retraction cycles.

Everything you need to know before placing your order.

What is the minimum order for custom printed belts?
The minimum order for custom printed belts is 50 units. For special post finishes (non-standard RAL powder coating), the minimum is 20 units. There is no minimum for posts in standard finishes (black, brushed stainless steel, white, yellow).
What is the delivery time for custom printed belts?
The standard lead time is 10 working days from approval of the colour proof. We provide a free digital proof before production. Posts in standard finishes are delivered within 48–72 hours from Spain and within 5–7 days to the rest of Europe.
Are Dlimit posts compatible with other brands?
Dlimit posts use the industry-standard connection system (50 mm button/receiver). They are compatible with most posts on the market. Replacement belts are also cross-compatible.
Can I replace only the belt without changing the post?
Yes. Belts are replaceable on all Dlimit models. Replacement takes less than 30 seconds and requires no tools. Replacement belts are available in all standard colours and as custom printed versions.
What is the warranty on the mechanism?
The retractable mechanism carries a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The body and finish carry a 2-year warranty. In the event of a failure, we replace the affected unit or component free of charge.
Are they suitable for outdoor use?
Standard models are designed for indoor use. For outdoor use, we recommend specifying UV protection for the belt. Models with finishes specifically designed for outdoor use are available on request from our team.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Distributor and key-account price lists are available. For projects above 100 units, contact our sales team for special terms.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Factory visits are available by appointment at our Mataró facility (Barcelona). Email info@dlimit.es or call us to arrange your visit.
