How to choose the right post for your sector
The first question we’re asked is always the same: ‘Which stand do you recommend?’. The correct answer depends on very specific factors: intended use, duration of installation, type of flooring, exposure to the public and budget per unit. This guide summarises the criteria we apply.
LIMIT: the standard for retail and airports
Stainless steel base Ø 36 cm, 8 kg, 3.7 m belt. This is the go-to post when there are no special requirements. It withstands heavy use, can be customised in any RAL colour, and the belt withstands 200,000 cycles. For 60% of projects, this is the right choice.
ECO: when the environmental footprint matters
Same design as LIMIT but with a base made from 70% recycled polypropylene. Equivalent weight and performance. The natural choice for brands with a public ESG policy or for public authorities with environmental criteria in their tendering process.
MAX: for events and rotating spaces
Stackable 45×35 cm cast iron base, 8 kg. Two posts take up the same space as one with a round base. It is the favourite of event and exhibition stand construction companies that need to optimise transport and storage.
MAG: for metal surfaces without drilling
Magnetic base with 3 neodymium magnets (150 kg holding force). Can be attached and removed without damaging the surface. Ideal for industrial buildings with steel floors, workshops and temporary maintenance areas.
FIX: for permanent, fixed installations
Screw-in base Ø 13.5 cm, 1 kg. Screwed to the floor with three screws. This is the option for reception desks, fixed supermarket checkouts or control points that will not be moved for years.
UNFIX: for reversible fixed points
Removable base Ø 7 cm, 1 kg. It is embedded in the floor with a screw and can be removed without leaving a visible mark (only the screw remains). Standard in museums with rotating exhibitions and rooms that change layout.
DESIGN/GOLD: for classic hospitality
Posts with cord catenary and chrome, gold or bronze finials. They are not the most functional posts, they are the most elegant posts. For hotels, restaurants, banquet halls, weddings.
