Unidirectional drawn steel spring, specially designed for use in seatbelt retractors in the automotive industry. Tested for up to 20,000 retractions.
Belt manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001
Synthetic fibre belt, 48 mm wide and 0.75 mm thick. Zigzag weave to facilitate retraction, with post-dyeing fixed in an autoclave to ensure colour uniformity and durability.
Quick cassette replacement
The spools allow for quick and easy replacement with a single screw. If you wish to change the belt, there is no need to replace the entire post.
Sturdy tube
Our standard tube is made of steel, with a diameter of 70 mm and a wall thickness of 1.5 mm, giving it unbeatable weight and strength in terms of impact resistance.

With the ultra-thin 1 cm high steel base, we ensure the lines flow smoothly and the posts blend seamlessly with their surroundings.
