Writing a review takes less than a minute. What it does is help the next buyer decide whether to choose us or a competitor. For a brand like ours, B2B and often without direct contact with the post end-user, reviews are the main public validation channel.

We collect reviews via Google Business Profile. If you've worked with us and want to share your experience, it takes 1 minute. If your experience wasn't perfect, we want to hear it too: we reply to every review and use criticism to improve the product.

How we handle reviews

Where can I read Dlimit's reviews?

On our Google Business Profile. All public, Google-verified reviews are there. Direct link: https://g.page/r/CXKDENIfojt6EBM/review

How do you collect reviews?

After each significant order delivery, we send an email asking for a review 15 days later. We also include a QR code on the delivery note so the person receiving the order can leave a review on the spot.

What do you do if you receive a critical review?

We reply within 24 working hours. If the critique exposes a real issue, we escalate to the relevant department and communicate the corrective action to the customer. Critical reviews are usually the best source of product improvement.

Do you have documented case studies?

Yes, with many B2B clients (airports, museums, retail). Some are published; others under NDA. If you want one specific to your sector, write to us and we'll send it.

Why don't you have hundreds of reviews after 25 years?

We're a B2B brand and our references have traditionally come from technical specs, internal referrals and word of mouth, not a public channel. We're changing that now with a systematic post-delivery review process.

Do you manipulate reviews?

No. All Google reviews are public and verifiable. We don't reply with fake profiles or buy reviews. If you spot a suspicious review on any profile, we'd appreciate the heads-up.
